30 Days of Photographs IV: Happily Ever After

Day 30. It's the last day of 30 Days of Photographs IV, lovingly called Bob. I have mixed feelings about the end of this challenge. On the one hand, I am relieved and happy that it's finally over, I might actually have time to prepare for my upcoming move now. And on the other hand. I am relieved and happy that it's finally over, I might actually have a life outside of posting photos and looking at photos and commenting on photos again.

Oh, it seems my feelings aren't very mixed at all.

MikeWJ and I would like to thank you all for participating in our challenge. You've impressed us with your creative bitching and whining, not to mention your photos. A month ago I had no idea I would know so much about bathroom remodeling, or that I would see cheese do such amazing things. I hope you'll join us for 30 Days of Photographs V, which will start tomorrow.

Kidding! Jeez, no need to throw rotten fruit at me.

At some point or other, there will be a 30 Days of Photographs V, though, and when that happens,  I hope to see you all there. Thank you once again for joining Mike and myself on this journey to nowhere, and sharing a few laughs with us. We've had a great time hanging out with you this past month.

Check back here in a few days to see if MikeWJ and I made good on our promise to pick our favorite photos of the challenge. Now, link up one last time, and go visit the rest of the goofballs.

Day 30: Happily Ever After

Think Nirvana. Think Paradise. Think Shangri-la.

Think Fields of Elysium.

  2. Ziva, although we bitch and moan I think we all had a great time. And we have you and Mike to thank. I like this challenge because it gives me a chance to meet new people and criticize, I mean chat with, the ones I already know. And it's fun to see just how people interpret the prompts. My thanks to you and Mike for pulling this together, even if I did have to put up with pictures of cats.

  3. Those flowers don't even look real... They are stunning... Just as you are and all your photography. I had so much fun... Thank you!

    Aw, so pretty.

They mock me with their sunny optimism, which is as foreign to me as Estonia. I would've said Finland, but I got to meet you and M, so I know roughly 300 percent more Finland than most Americans, who probably think it's near Bosnia, if they think anything about it at all.

It's been wonderful co-hosting this challenge with you again, Ziva.

Well, not wonderful, but certainly an experience.

  7. Thank you, Katherine. :) It should be illegal to have as much fun as we've had.

  9. It's been amazing, dear co-host, let's never do it again. At least not anytime soon. ;) We make a good team, though. Dysfunctional and hostile, but in a nice way.

  10. You're talking about MikeWJ, aren't you? ;)

Yes, you may now resume your regular life as a neurotic, as long as you swear to be back next time!

What a great photo! Love the short focus.

It's been fun joining in with this one. I know I only caught up on Day 18 (which is probably why I haven't moaned as much as some) but I think I'd like to try the next. Do you let us know, or do we have to work it out for ourselves or get left behind?

I saw that remark about my age. I'll have you know that men in their 50s are incredibly sexy because they're self-confident.

    I am sexy, right?

I think we're wonderful people. Cold-hearted, sure. Caustic, sure. Vicious, sure. But those are wonderful qualities. Look how popular Darth Vader and Lucifer are, after all.

You took your happy pill today, didn't you? Do you honestly believe this has been fun? Good god, woman.

  16. Peace out. I did what I could this month and enjoyed watching along. Bunch of crazies and all. All these challenges. I'm telling you, I think people have gone mad.

Nice photo today. Though it seems like there's a secret message in there. I haven't figured it yet. But I'll crack it yet.

  24. Thank you, Meleah! :) And all I did was put up a linky thing, the participants make this challenge. The participants, and MikeWJ's grumpiness. ;)
