30 Days of Photographs IV: Close-up
Very futuristic, Ziva. But then you always were ahead of your time.
The insides of electronics are under-appreciated.
Did you spill chocolate on that circuit board again?
I've worked on things like this for many years. They are artwork.I like it.
Great shot and terrific idea for the prompt.Just one question, is that corrosion around the edges, some kind of ooze, or a weird frame?
It looks like it may be melting away around the edges.
Wow!!! That. Is. Awesome.
This looks very familiar ;)
Circuit board art - gotta love it.
I absolutely love that shot.
And now I know why everybody is being so nice to me today. Thank you, Ziva, for making me feel so good and then destroying that feeling by showing me its source. Your plan was brilliant, if diabolical. I like your circuit board, and can't believe how close your macro lens lets you get to it. I'm so jealous of your macro I could spit. In fact, I am spitting. My monitor's a mess.
Great photo. Looks like an overhead view of a city.
You know with all this talk of your magnificent macro lens, I was expecting to see a picture of a nanoarchaeum equitans, the smallest living organism known to man. As impressive as this photo is, I'm a little disappointed... ;-)
You're just trying to earn some punishment, aren't you?
It does a little bit, doesn't it?
Thanks, Lauren. :)
Yes. Please. I've been very bad. :-)
Ha! I wondered if you'd remember.
Things have a tendency to catch fire around me...
Thanks, Cheryl! It's actually an old circuit board that's shaped like a butterfly. I wear it as a necklace.
They absolutely are. :)
You know me, I just can't help it.
Much like cat photos!
Yep, but I can't remember the stories we made up around the mystery of the circuit board. I guess I must have been drunk. Again.
Yes, you have... I'll be right there.
Oh wow! That's gorgeous. Please don't tell me you made this because I'm already blown away by all your other skills.
You're welcome, Mikey!
You know, I'm having some trouble remembering the stories myself. We might have to get together over a drink or two and make up some new stories to forget.
Hah! You can rest easy, I didn't make it. I just paid for it. ;)
Oh yes, absolutely.
That is so awesome! It;s amazing how something so technical can look so beautiful. It's a piece of art!:-)Traci
This is right up my street! 10/10
Thanks, Traci! :) I love the way it looks, too,
Never call me Mikey. Seriously, don't do that.
That looks like my currently melting computer motherboard!
Really nicely done on this one, Ziva. I like it. Good choice with switching up colors, too.
Thanks, PJ, I'm glad you liked it. :)
Sure thing, Mikey, won't happen again.
Ha! Perhaps you're working the poor thing too hard? Feed it some ice cream and it'll be happy. That always works with M and I think he's part computer.
I could've sworn I already responded to this once.. Anyway, I didn't make it, I just paid for it. :D It was made by a Finnish designer who only uses recycled stuff, and I just fell in love with it.
