At this very moment I am sitting in a hotel room in New York City, I have had a about a billion
Nikivas, the most wonderful drink ever in the history of drinks.
Nicky is in bed with me and she's looking amazing, I cannot tell you how little I care about this challenge right now, but I will post some photos nonetheless.

Bridges to Heaven
Wha? Nicky's where? Bridges? What bridges?
ReplyDeleteCool. I'm so glad you didn't post any photos of dental bridges. :)
ReplyDeleteNice bridges and I won't ask what you are doing in bed with Nicky!
ReplyDeleteFabulous "around the world in 5 bridges" photography tour. Thanks for posting.
ReplyDeleteThe best photo is clearly the one you took in Denver.
ReplyDeleteOkay, it's not.
The best photo is probably the one of the Brooklyn Bridge. Normally, its arches are in sharp focus, but you've done something unique here with the cabeling and pedestrians that I like a lot.
The photo of the Golden Gate Bridge is also pretty stunning. It's incredible how much it's arched.
P.S. -- Aren't you proud of me for not asking for photos of you and Nicky in bed? Me, too.
ReplyDeleteAmazing photos!
ReplyDeleteI am beyond thrilled you and Nicky finally got to meet IN REAL LIFE. I have been stalking your FB pages and loving every second!
Such awesome pics. It's like I was there. Well, for one of them anyway.
ReplyDeleteI love the sharp angles of the bridge in Pargas and I'm jealous that I didn't think of shooting the cable of the Brooklyn Bridge. I blame my distraction on the Chrysler building beckoning me in the distance.
The perspective of looking up the cable of the Brooklyn Bridge is very interesting.
ReplyDeleteSo you were actually in all these places this month?? And you were in NY and didn't mention it? I'm in NY you know...
ReplyDeleteFrom Mike to Nicky in your bed. Wonder if all of us that think you are great would fit?! :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the pics and loved hearing about your usa adventures. Wish I could have met you as well. How wonderful you were able to see such great people. And your hair? AMAZING, yes!
Exactly.
ReplyDeleteHah! If I'd only had that idea, I so would've done it.
ReplyDeleteGood thing you didn't ask, I never kiss and tell. ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you, it was a fun month of traveling for me. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mike, it's difficult to be unique when taking a photo of a bridge as much photographed as the Brooklyn Bridge, but I did my best. :)
ReplyDeleteNo.
ReplyDeleteHah! I am just as thrilled about it, Meleah! I loved every second of hanging out with Nicky. Even when CheesyMike forced us to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge just so he could get a photo of it.
ReplyDeleteDamn Chrysler building. :D Your photos were still amazing, though. I just had to do something different so people wouldn't think I copied you.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Paul. :)
ReplyDeleteYep, I was in all these places last month. It was a crazy month, travel wise, for me and M. We just could not stay in one place long enough. I was indeed in NYC, but I had such a busy schedule, I simply didn't have time to meet everyone. I wish I could've, though. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm sure everyone in our wonderful little blogging family would fit in my bed. That would be the most awesome slumber party ever! I have to warn you, though, Mike totally hogs the covers. ;)
ReplyDeleteLiving in land locked middle Missouri, I'm quite envious. Lovely shots even though you were a bit distracted!
ReplyDeleteSo you were doing the bridge tour? That explains it! Otherwise, why would you have ever visited Linda, Mike WJ & Nicky?
