Did You Miss Me?

Believe it or not, I am alive. I am also married, tanned and completely alienated from the blogosphere (which is a silly word that I don’t like at all. Blogosphere that is, not alienated.) I’m at that stage where so much has happened that I can’t even write a post about it anymore, I just don’t know where to start. But as you know, I got married. Thank you all for the wonderful well-wishes and congratulations, you are the sweetest bunch of bloggers. Apart from getting married, I also went on a honeymoon to Turkey, worked a little, spent a week all alone while M was in England, and played with my mom’s new puppy.

So, how about this, I’ll post a whole bunch of photos from the past few weeks, and then we just get on with our regularly scheduled blogging and hope that fall will bring with it a little inspiration?

Okay?

Good. Here goes.

Gucci. In a year she'll be 200 lbs. Also, one year old.
Turkey, ridiculously hot and incredibly beautiful.

M enjoying the pool at the hotel.
Pamukkale, weird limestone formations in the mountainside.

Then when we came home, M went to England
and I let Yoda sit at M's seat at the dinner table...
...and Darth Vader got to use M's toothbrush. I'm the best wife ever.

  1. Ziva, you're back! Yay! Great pics. My son-in-law is from Turkey. I have to visit. Glad you had a great honeymoon and are settling in to married life. Congratulations again.

Are you gonna tell M you let the cat use his toothbrush?

  5. Hell, eh? Damn I was commenting using my iPad and whatever I wrote disappeared at my end. It also screwed up your name. Sorry. Or else it was just the drugs.

  7. You take amazing pictures. Looks like you had a fabulous honeymoon. I see you have two cats and a dog. What's next? - a bird ... perhaps a turkey?

  9. Welcome back Ziva! So nice to have you around again. I love that photo of M in the pool almost as much as the one with Darth Vader using M's toothbrush.

  11. Thank you, Lauren! We did have a great honeymoon. Luckily, the dog isn't mine, it's my mom's. M and I have enough fur everywhere with just the cats.

  12. Ziva, you are a sight for sore eyes!  The kitties seem to have held up fine even in your absence.  I know they missed you too!  I've been checking in every couple of days hoping for news of you and FINALLY, here you are all tanned, relaxed, beautiful, and married!  I love the photos!  But I also want more more more.

  15. Thanks! The one of Darth Vader using M's toothbrush is my favorite, too. Weirdly, it's not M's favorite.. ;)
